SHIPPING CHARGES (World Wide)


When an order has been placed, you will receive an estimate via email outlining all shipping costs. Once we receive your confirmation email, your order will be shipped to you via Canada Post or UPS.

Please Note: Minimum Order is $10.00 Canadian before shipping and taxes orders under $10.00 CAD will have a small order fee of $7.50 added to their order.

CANADA EXPEDITED SHIPPING  (Most Economical)
Expedited parcels are delivered by Canada Post. Delivery of these parcels usually takes between 1 and 7 business days depending on the region within Canada you reside. Limited parcel tracking is available at Canada Post's Web Site.

Express Air Mail parcels are delivered by Canada Post. Delivery of these parcels usually takes between 1 and 3 business days depending on the region within Canada you reside. Limited parcel tracking is available at Canada Post's Web Site.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If there is a problem with your purchase you can ship it back within 15 days of receiving the product. Ship  via Ground UPS or insured Post Office Mail (we do not accept C.O.D's). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned must be in NEW, UN-USED condition. Labor fees are not refundable i.e. custom built wheels. ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RECEIPT!

#1 Send a copy of your invoice with the product, save one copy for yourself.

#2 Call us at 1 (416) 414-7393 to get a Return Item Number.


#3 Write your Return Item Number on the outside of the package and on the copy of the invoice you will be sending back with the product.

BACKORDERS

Occasionally some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable. We do all we can to avoid such circumstances but at times they are unavoidable and we do sincerely apologize. If this does occur, we will contact you ASAP. Once the item is in we will ship it to you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the item until it is shipped.  At that time you will recieve a confirmation email with updated tracking information.
